Reactivating Users

To enable a disabled user: 

  1. Access the tenant that the user is currently disabled in and needs to be enabled.
  2. Go to User Management > Users.
  3. Click on the user to open their user details panel.
  4. Click on the user status toggle beneath the user's name to enable it.
    The indicator will be gray to indicate disabled, and will change to gray when enabled.
  5. Click OK on the confirmation message that appears.
  6. Click Submit.
